„Battle Royale 1+2“ erscheinen in einer Limited Edition von Arrow – bei Zavvi vorbestellbar

Arrow Video hat zum 26. April 2021 eine fulminante Sonder-Edition zu „Battle Royale“ (2000) und dessen Nachfolger „Battle Royale 2“ (2003) angekündigt, die ab sofort bei Zavvi.de vorbestellt werden kann. Dabei wird „Battle Royale“ auf zwei 4K-Discs auf Ultra HD Blu-ray ausgeliefert, die den Film wahlweise in der Kinofassung oder im Director’s Cut zeigen. Beide Versionen erhalten Unterstützung von Dolby Vision und basieren auf dem neuen 4K-Master von Arrow Films.

Auch bei „Battle Royale 2“ stehen euch mit dem Requiem- und dem Revenge-Cut zwei Filmfassungen zur Auswahl, die der Limited Edition allerdings nur in HD auf zwei Blu-rays beiliegen.

Eine Soundtrack-CD zu „Battle Royale“ rundet die Ausstattung ab.

Alternativ kann die Limited Edition auch mit der Blu-ray-Version des ersten Teils erworben werden.
